In collaboration with MINI Sweden
On our trip up to the mountains we took the nua MINI Countryman plugin hybrid on a test drive. We had the pleasure of trying out the car for a while and thought we would really test what it went for. We rode terrain and a mixture of thaw weather and icy slopes. Countryman is big and spacious to be a MINI and it has four-wheel drive that actually impressed us a lot as it managed really difficult slopes covered by ice and snow without either sand or salt on our way up to Bergaliv.
The MINI Countryman is a hybrid car which we both feel is the ultimate option for us. To be able to drive green on electricity only in the city and in everyday life, but also to be able to go on longer trips that we love. The best of both worlds. I drove a pure electric car for a whole year and even though I liked the car, I always felt a certain anxiety that the battery might die and that I might not be able to get on the charge. I also could not use the car on longer trips so double cars in the family were then a must. Other things I liked about the MINI Countryman were the double sunroofs, the comfortable seats and how easy it was to connect to. Technology that simply works as it should, you do not take it for granted. Not me anyway.
Here are some pictures we took of the car on our road trip up to the mountains.
